Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a discount or promotion on your original purchase, the refund amount will reflect the actual price paid after the discount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement to confirm the transaction hasn't been processed. Some financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details and payment information. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it promptly. In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we may need to initiate a trace with the bank or credit card company.
